AI disclosure

How Tessira uses AI. Openly.

Tessira is review software that uses AI models as part of its review - and pretending otherwise is the one thing we will never do. One rule governs every identity we put in front of you:

Name agents freely. Disclose AI always. Never fabricate a human.

Our AI is always disclosed

Every Tessira identity you interact with is either openly an AI or a real, named human. Our assistant, Tess, opens every conversation the same way: "Hi, I'm Tess, Tessira's AI assistant." And if you ever ask "are you a bot?", you get a truthful answer, immediately.

We never fabricate a person

No fake names presented as real people, no invented headshots, no fictional "account executives." If a message carries a person's name, that person exists. If it's automated, it's signed by Tessira or by a clearly-disclosed AI persona.

Every report discloses its AI use - governed and cited

Your report is produced by review software that uses AI, held to The Tessira Standard: every finding is cited to its source document and page and verified against that source before delivery. Nothing is presented as human-written when it isn't.

Email is honestly signed

Automated email comes from Tessira, the brand - never from a fictional human. Marketing email carries our legal identification, a mailing address, and a working one-click unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.

A human is always reachable

Tess hands off to a human on request, and on anything sensitive or uncertain. No identity we use is a dead end - every address and persona is backed by a monitored queue.
