Encrypted in transit and at rest
Documents travel over TLS-encrypted connections and are stored encrypted. Access is limited to the systems that produce your report.
Your personal information is never sold
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own purposes. Building-level insights may be used in de-identified form - never your personal details - to make our analysis smarter.
Your data, on your terms
Your documents and report history stay securely on file while your account is active - that's what powers your monitoring and building history. Export your data anytime, and when you close your account you can request deletion of your personal information.
Least-access infrastructure
Production access is restricted and logged. Analysis runs in isolated environments, and credentials follow least-privilege principles.
Canadian privacy law
Tessira is built in Canada and operates with PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law) as its baseline for how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
