The 48-hour satisfaction guarantee
If the report doesn't help you, tell us why within 48 hours and we'll make it right - or refund you if we can't. It's recovery-first: our goal is to fix it so the report is actually useful to you. One claim per customer.
Annual monitoring renewals
Separately, the annual monitoring subscription has a 14-day, customer-initiated refund on any renewal. You can also cancel anytime in one click - there's no penalty for cancelling.
How to make a claim
Email support@tessira.ca and tell us what was missing or wrong. No awkward conversation - we just want it to be useful to you.
